Terms of service

1.Agreement

When you create an account or use Frienlo, you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the community guidelines. If you do not accept them, do not use Frienlo.

2.Who can use Frienlo

• You must be 18 years old or older.
• You must give your true birth date. Frienlo accepts only birth dates of people who are 18 years old or older.
• You must be allowed to use the service under the laws of your country.
• You must not have been banned from Frienlo before.

3.Your account

Give true information about yourself and keep your sign-in data secret. You are responsible for all activity in your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think somebody else uses your account.

You can have only one account.

4.Rules for your behavior

You must obey the community guidelines. Do not harass, threaten or deceive other users. Do not post illegal, sexual or violent content. Do not use Frienlo for spam, advertising or to collect data about other users. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

5.Your content

You keep the rights to the content you post (for example photos, notes and status messages). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, free licence to store, show and process this content only to operate Frienlo. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that we must keep by law.

You confirm that you have the right to post your content.

6.Meeting people in person

Frienlo helps you meet people. We do not check the identity or the background of users. You are responsible for your safety when you meet somebody.

• Meet in public places.
• Tell a friend where you go.
• Leave if you do not feel safe.
• Report bad behavior in the app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

7.Packs and coins

Paid packs and coins are subject to the policy on packs, coins and refunds, which is part of these terms.

8.Moderation and termination

We can remove content and warn, limit, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines, or that put other people at risk. When possible, we tell you the reason.

You can delete your account at any time. These terms end when your account is deleted.

9.Availability and changes of the service

We work to keep Frienlo available, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. We can change, add or remove features.

10.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Frienlo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for loss of data or profit, or for the behavior of other users online or offline.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

11.App stores

If you got Frienlo from the Apple App Store, this agreement is between you and Assisteks LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, its maintenance or support, or for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you. The same applies to Google if you got Frienlo from Google Play.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13.Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. If a change is important, we tell you in the app at least 14 days before it starts to apply. If you continue to use Frienlo after that date, you accept the new terms.
