Community guidelines

1.Be real

• Use your real name and a real photo of yourself.
• Do not pretend to be another person, a brand or an organization.
• Share only places and activities that are true.

2.Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats or stalking.
• No hate speech or attacks on people because of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or similar characteristics.
• When somebody declines a request, accept it. Do not contact them again and again.

3.Content that is not allowed

• Nudity, sexual content or sexual offers.
• Violence, graphic content or content that promotes self-harm.
• Illegal goods or services, for example drugs or weapons.
• Scams, spam, advertising and requests for money.
• Private information about other people without their consent.
• Any content that sexualizes or puts minors at risk. We have zero tolerance for this.

4.Meet safely

• Meet in public places with other people around.
• Tell a friend where you go and with whom.
• Do not send money to people you met on Frienlo.
• Trust your feelings. Leave if something is wrong.

5.Report and block

You can report a user, a profile or a sharing with Report in the app, and you can block any user. A blocked user cannot see you or contact you.

We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours. You can also write to [email protected].

6.What happens when somebody breaks the rules

Depending on how serious the problem is, we remove the content, give a warning, limit features, or suspend or ban the account. Serious cases, for example threats or harm to minors, are banned at once and can be reported to the police.
