Packs, coins and refunds

1.Packs

Frienlo has a free Basic pack and a paid Pro pack with more features. You get the Pro pack with coins. The features, the duration and the price of each pack are shown in the app before you pay.

A pack starts when the payment is confirmed and ends at the end of its duration. Packs do not renew automatically unless the app clearly tells you so before you pay.

2.Coins

• Coins are a virtual item that you can use in Frienlo, for example to boost a sharing.
• Coins have no cash value. You cannot exchange them for money or sell them.
• Where the app allows it, you can send coins to another user. A sent transfer cannot be reversed.
• You can get bonus coins, for example when you invite friends. Bonus coins can have extra conditions, which the app shows.
• Coins stay in your account while your account exists. When an account is deleted or banned for breaking the rules, its coins are lost.

3.How you pay

You pay on our secure web payment page, which opens in your browser. Payments are processed by our payment provider Payriff. We do not store your full card data. Prices include the taxes that apply, unless the payment page says otherwise.

4.Refunds

Packs and coins are digital content that is delivered at once. If you live in the European Union or another country with a right of withdrawal, you agree, when you pay, that delivery starts at once, and you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal when delivery starts.

We give a refund when:

• you were charged two or more times for the same purchase,
• you paid but did not get the pack or the coins because of a technical problem that we cannot fix, or
• the law of your country gives you a right to a refund.

To ask for a refund, write to [email protected] within 14 days after the payment. Give the email address of your account, the date and the amount. We answer within 5 business days. A refund goes back to the payment method that you used.

5.Price changes

We can change prices. A price change does not apply to a pack that you already paid for.
