Delete your account

1.Delete your account in the app

• Open Frienlo and sign in.
• Go to your profile and open Settings.
• Tap Delete account.
• Choose a reason (optional) and confirm.

2.Delete your account without the app

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Frienlo account". If we cannot confirm that the account is yours, we ask you for more information. We delete the account within 30 days.

3.Grace period

After you request the deletion, your account is hidden at once. It is permanently deleted after 30 days. If you change your mind, sign in again during this period to cancel the deletion.

4.Data that we delete

• Your profile: name, photo, birth date, phone number and status message.
• Your sharings and sharing history.
• Your friends, close friends, friend requests and join requests.
• Your devices and notification settings.
• Your coins and any active pack. These cannot be refunded after deletion.

5.Data that we keep

• Payment and transaction records, as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Reports about rule violations and the related evidence, when we need them to protect other users or the law requires it.
• Anonymous statistics that do not identify you.
