Child safety standards
Frienlo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our standards and how we enforce them.
1.Our standards
Frienlo is only for adults who are 18 years old or older. Any content or behavior that sexualizes, grooms, exploits or endangers children is forbidden. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
2.How we prevent abuse
- Users must give their birth date when they create an account. Frienlo accepts only birth dates of people who are 18 years old or older. An account without a valid birth date cannot use the app.
- We remove accounts that we find to belong to minors.
- Users can report profiles, sharings and behavior in the app, and block other users.
- Our moderators review reports about child safety first.
3.How we act
When we find CSAE content or behavior, we remove the content, ban the account at once and keep the evidence that the law requires. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the responsible local authorities, as the law requires.
4.How to report
- In the app: use Report on the profile or sharing.
- By email: [email protected], with "Child safety" in the subject.
If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.
5.Child safety contact
Our designated contact for child safety questions, including questions from authorities and app stores, is reachable at [email protected].
6.Compliance with law
We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us and we cooperate with law enforcement.
